I chose three research resources to monitor to find out what America is saying about AI and how America is using Ai. The three research resources I used were the following newsfeeds that I monitored every morning for two weeks:

Chrome
MSN.

There are three steps that can be taken to adjust to AI hiring process changes.

STEP ONE: Choose your direction.

OUTCOMES-

1.steers actions towards the possibilities.

2.eliminates duplicating actions.

3.alleviates stress.

STEO TWO: Develop a “possible” attitude.

OUTCOMES-

1.turns negatives into possibilities.

2.develops resiliency.

3.supports job-building thinking.

STEP THREE: Build a job/career support system.

OUTCOMES-

Creates a lifelong personal job/career toolkit that:

1.increases research opportunities.

2.increases resources.

3.increases job/career networking.

4.increases the power of career choice.
