Hello CGB News Cats!Career Growth Basics is tired of the fear about the job market.Career Growth Basics is on a mission to get rid of the fear surrounding career growth. Are you looking for a way to end a career rut but keep getting stuck in career anxiety because of negative reports about today's job market? Career Growth Basics can help you find a way to open possibilities and find the solutions you need to create: Your Career. Your Success. Your Way. What’s been happening at CGB?I'm tired of all the fear that is built around finding job/career success. So, I've been focusing on finding solutions. I’ve been digging into the research to find solutions to end a career rut and build long-lasting career growth. Solutions are out there. But it does take some digging, and it does take a willingness to embrace change. Once I changed the way I asked my research question and changed where I was asking my question, I started finding the possibilities for career solutions. Looking beyond my usual sources for information and experimenting with different ways to explore a problem, opened new doors to new possibilities for career choice.
How does this help you?1.I’m creating a version of the CGB Courses that is more compact. These courses will be available soon.2.I’m curating career growth information found during my research to help you streamline your career growth process. This material will be posted in CGB-Report.html for your use according to your needs. 3.I’ve written a career growth assessment to help you start the process of finding the solutions you need to end a career rut. I'm happy to offer this free download here.
